Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the third-party provider that returns the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to answer your message.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting services create ordinary server logs, which can include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregated log data helps us maintain the site and see which resources are useful. Cookies or similar technology may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How We Use Information
We use this limited data to run the site, diagnose faults, measure traffic, and improve content. We neither sell a visitor list nor build individual user profiles.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to government portals, Riverside County and California offices, libraries, and outside search tools. Information entered after following a link is controlled by that destination's privacy policy. The same applies to sponsored search results supplied by a third-party company.
When Information Is Shared
Hosting and support vendors process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but do not otherwise share visitor data.
Security and Retention
An encrypted connection serves the site. Server logs are retained only as long as needed for the purposes listed above. Since there are no user accounts, we do not hold an account password or personal profile for you.
Users Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if a minor may have submitted information so it can be deleted.
Your Privacy Rights
California law may provide rights to know, correct, or delete personal information held by a covered business. The California Delete Act, Civil Code ยง 1798.99 et seq., also supports the state's DROP request system for registered data brokers. Our limited records usually consist only of contact messages and server logs; use the Contact page to request a search or deletion. Government records held by San Jacinto, Riverside County, or California agencies remain outside our control and must be addressed with the custodian.
Policy Changes
A revised policy will be posted here. Using the site after a revision means you accept the updated version.
